- Within one hour the technician will call to advise you that he has received the call and in some cases can fix issue over the phone.
- Within 4 hours upon receiving the call, the technician will be on site in most areas we service. Ask your account representative for details on coverage area.
- We strive to have the machine repaired on site.
- If there is a part needed that the technician or warehouse does not have, we will deliver a loaner if the client wishes.
- After servicing, the client will receive a follow-up call to ensure the equipment is working properly.
- We offer IT connectivity support for all network devices. This includes installation, support, help desk, and web support for the term of the agreement.
- All calls are received and dispatched through live people or they can be placed by email or using our website.
